With over 30 years of international leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mikael has held senior roles as CEO, Board Member, Quality Manager, and Responsible Person (RP/FvP) in several Swiss pharmaceutical companies. For the past 15 years, he has successfully led organizations through complex regulatory environments, driving growth and innovation in pharmaceutical research and development. Alexey Borozna, Sales Director
A pharmaceutical commercial and business executive with nearly 20 years of experience and work across international markets. Working for Novartis, Galderma, Janssen Cilag built strong performing businesses and helped them to become industry leaders. More recently guided pharma clients like Huadong Medicine, TSN Biopharma, ATF Pharmaceuticals and Icure Pharmaceuticals to expand geographically and to create a strong footprint across markets and product categories. Pekka Lukkari, Ph.D.Chem, M.Sc.Pharma, Regulatory Affairs Director
Pekka has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Global Regulatory Affairs. His expertise covers regulatory strategy and planning, clinical trial applications, first marketing authorisation dossiers, post-approval variations, paediatric and orphan drug submissions, scientific advice procedures, as well as adaptation and gap assessments of foreign license documentation to meet EU and Swiss requirements. He is also highly experienced in medical information and patient leaflets, packaging compliance, Swiss price negotiations, and has served as both Responsible Person (RP) and Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV).
